In this course I provide you with specific methods to address nutritional myths and help you make good food choices, like why eggs and good quality fats are among the best foods for your mental health. (I also share why you can enjoy chocolate as a mood booster!)

• Determine what foods can help decrease depression.
• Discover how to stabilize your mood with food.
• Find out how to calculate much water to drink every day.
• Learn how to do quick and organized food prep for a healthy diet.

In future modules, I will guide you step by step to know how to address specific mental health issues, provide recipes and nutritional and herbal supplement suggestions.
Dr. Leslie Korn is a renowned expert in mental health nutrition and traumatology and has provided over 50,000 hours of clinical care in nutrition, bodywork and psychotherapy.
She has blazed trails by introducing somatic therapies for the treatment of mental illness at Harvard Medical School, where she was a clinical fellow in Psychology and Religion. She is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, National Board Certified in Polarity therapy and Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork and a licensed mental health counselor and National approved clinical supervisor. She completed her graduate training at Harvard Medical School, Harvard School of Public Health. She was clinical director at New England School of Acupuncture, Associate professor at California Institute of Integral Studies and is Core Faculty at Capella University. Her passion is to coach clinicians in the application of mental health nutrition and integrative approaches for mental and physical well-being and to help them grow their practice.
