In my course for clinical professionals, NutriPsych: Nutrition Essentials for Mental Health, I present evidence-based science explaining the role of food and supplements in treating and preventing mental illness. I debunk the latest myths and controversies so you understand the best protocols to use. Through case studies and examples from my work, I demonstrate how nutritional therapies have benefited my clients. From there, I explain how to take this knowledge and put it to work in your own practice.
